Basic Guidelines for the Returnable Items

As a managed IT hardware reseller in Dubai, we are narrating clear conditions for our buyers and users, like timelines, applicable state of return products, restocking fees, and shipping costs. The buyer must carefully read and understand these directions before claiming any return.

1) Faulty or Defective Products

When dealing with any damaged or malfunctioning products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, you must first contact the manufacturer, who may be able to assess the issue and provide a solution without the need for a return. If a return is required, include the manufacturer's call reference number, a test report, or an accurate customer description. Please email at for guidance in each situation.

  • Systechware International  (FZE) requires a complete detail of faulty items that tend to be returned, such as “This product doesn't work,” “Faulty,” or. “DOA” is insufficient.
  • A minimum 15% restocking fee will be assessed unless the items are returned in their original packaging, with all of the accessories, manuals, and documentation included (being a percentage of the value of the goods). The amount can be raised according to our loss.
  • If returned items are confirmed to be in perfect condition, a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply (being a percentage of the value of the goods). Please note that this amount may be raised to reflect a fair evaluation of our loss. The restocking fee percentage will be confirmed to you after receipt of your returned goods and will be based on several factors, including the amount of labor required and the state of the packing and contents.
  • The costs of returning the goods by delivery are your responsibility. 
  •  The team of Systechware International (FZE) will check, analyze, and examine, and upon identification of the issue, we will collaborate with the manufacturer to fix or resolve the issue. The solution to problems like the decision of repair and replacement is completely at our discretion.
  • Systechware International  (FZE) may only accept returned items in their original condition. If we receive such goods, we reserve the right to impose the restocking/handling fee described above or, in some situations, a price higher than that, depending on the state where the returned goods are received.
  • The RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number should be legible and labeled on the product's exterior. Kindly note that only hardware and software issues are under warranty.
  • Wrong Item Delivered
  • Suppose you receive goods that don't match your order. In that case, you must notify our returns department within 24 hours by emailing, calling one of the given phone lines, and then sending a written notification through email through the “ Contact Us “ page or your designated account manager.
  • To address the issue as quickly as possible, we need to know within 24 hours of receipt if the given items do not match the delivery note due to too many or too few or if the supplied goods need to be more accurate.
